Technical Labor

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

The candidate must be a person:

  • Problem-solving: ability to solve problems and incidents. Ability to prioritize the tasks entrusted to them.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage new employee onboarding and hiring processes.
  • Internal communications and updating of manuals.
  • Management of the entire payroll process: payroll control, payment management and incident communication.
  • Management of the Social Security collection process.
  • Personal income tax calculations.
  • Attention to internal queries of a labour nature from other bases and/or departments.
  • Update of data and documentation.
  • Relations with Public Bodies.
  • Performing any other task that arises in the department ensuring the fulfillment of the company's operations and needs.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations or similar studies
  • Office Suite Proficiency
  • Own personnel management tools (Sage 200)
  • Proficiency in Winesuite, Delta, Contrat@, Red System, Certific@2
  • Knowledge of regulations, legislation and Social Security
  • English is valuable.


EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three years of experience in the Labor department or similar.
