Tender Technician

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Review and analysis of tender documentation (bid documents, reports, and requirements reports).
-Preparation of tender document summaries for all internal areas involved in the tender to identify key points.
-Request pricing from suppliers.
-Conducting economic studies of tenders. Preparation of the Business Plan, analyzing whether the bid meets the profitability parameters set by the company.
-Interlocution and coordination with other company departments involved in the preparation of the bid.
-Preparation of technical and financial documentation for the submission of the bid.
-Processing of documentation on various public tender platforms in the sector.
-Monitoring and managing the tender file until the contract is formalized.
-Archiving all documentation related to the bid to ensure traceability of the work performed for possible audits or inquiries for future tenders.
-Coordination with the Operations Department in the launch of awarded projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-University qualification in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or similar. A master's degree in technical training is a plus.
-At least one year of experience in procurement, strategy, and/or business development departments.
-Experience in mobility is a plus.
Languages: Spanish, Catalan.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
