RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage new employee onboarding and hiring processes
- Internal communications and manual updates
- Manage the entire payroll process: payroll control, payment management, and incident reporting
- Manage the Social Security collection process
- Personal Income Tax calculations
- Respond to internal labor-related inquiries from other databases and/or departments
- Update databases and documentation
- Maintain relationships with public bodies
- Perform any other tasks that arise within the department, ensuring compliance with the company's operations and needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Diploma or degree in Labor Relations or similar studies
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Proficiency in personnel management tools (Sage 200)
- Proficiency in Winesuite, Delta, Contrat@, Sistema Red, Certific@2
- Knowledge of regulations, legislation, and Social Security
- English is a plus
