RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication and registration of route books/green books in administration.
  • Control and management of drivers' income and advances.
  • Control and management of exchanges.
  • Request and registration of holidays.
  • Management and organization of medical examinations at the base.
  • Registration and delivery of uniforms and PPE.
  • Control of personal driving documentation (CAP, License, Tachograph and others).
  • Coordination and communication with HR, Quality and other Central Services departments.
  • Control and delivery of the different delivery notes at the base (diesel, waste, external services, etc.).
  • Management of fire extinguishers, first aid kit products at the base.
  • Control of vehicle authorizations.
  • Checking and emptying of desks and validators (SVV).
  • Control and validation of KM driver portal.
  • Control and validation of fuel supplies.
  • Control of the data file of the driver card (Tachograph-Tisweb).
  • Record for tracking claims and coordination with customer service.
  • Management of lost items.
  • Performing any other function that arises in the department, ensuring compliance with the company's operations and needs. Derived from the job position in accordance with the company's operations.

 

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training in FP administration or similar.
  • Mastery of the Office package.
  • Experience between 2 and 5 years in the administration department.
