Booking Agent

Required training and experience: 

  • Training in a Higher Degree, a highly valued specialization in tourism. 
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in booking or commercial departments, reservations, hotel, travel agency or similar.
  • Experience in the mobility sector is an asset

Responsibilities you would assume:  

  • Order management and tracking
  • Management of the entire sales circuit from the initial quote to payment control 
  • Control and claim of invoices
  • Incident resolution
