Booking Agent

At Sagalés we are looking for the position of Booking Agent for the Commercial Department

Profile

Negotiation skills:  Able to communicate and concrete agreements with guests. 
Analytical skills: able to analyze costs, margins and set rates in accordance with established guidelines.
Dynamism: Open and communicative. Optimistic.
Proactive: Able to identify what the client may need.
Constant: Active listening attitude to offer the best solution to the client.
Responsible: correct follow-up of the client portfolio to satisfy their needs. High capacity for adaptation and good at time management.
Commercial orientation and negotiation skills: sales-oriented attitude and negotiation skills in order to get the best purchasing conditions.

Main Responsabilities

 

  • Management and follow-up of orders: manage the entire sales circuit from the initial quotation to the control of payment and invoice claims.
  • Attend telephone calls 
  • Management of orders, introducing them into the computer system.
  • Incident resolution.

Education

  • Higher Education with specialization in tourism.
  • Experience in reservations department, hotel, travel agency or similar valuable.
  • Catalan / Spanish / English.
  • Proficiency in Office package

Experience

Between 2 and 5 years.
