Passengers will be solely responsible for the hand luggage they carry on board and, consequently, liable for any damage that may be caused while they are aboard the vehicle. For these purposes, belongings will be understood as: hand luggage, rucksacks, bags, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, MP3 players, and other objects that passengers may carry on the bus. The transport company is not liable for damage to objects on board nor other objects not entrusted to its care.

You can travel with guide dogs and pets (dogs, cats and ferrets are considered pets) with a maximum weight of up to 10 kg in transport equipment approved specifically for this use, with a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm. People responsible for pets that may have access to the vehicle must ensure that the animal is in the appropriate hygienic and health conditions.

The passenger is entitled to carry luggage without charge, provided that as a whole this does not exceed the maximum measures allowed (100x60x25 cm). If the total baggage exceeds these maximum measures allowed, an amount equivalent to the price of a standard ticket must be paid for each additional item. The number of items shall be subject to the availability of space in the luggage compartment.

Children under 4 years old who do not have a ticket, may only carry hand luggage without charge. If they have other luggage, a charge will be made at an amount equivalent to the price of a standard ticket for each item.

Hand luggage is understood as being all kinds of warm clothing, accessories or items for personal use that a passenger carries with them while travelling on board the vehicle.

In no event can objects or materials that are dangerous, unhealthy or which may cause inconvenience to other users or damage other luggage be permitted.

Via credit or debit card, Visa or Mastercard, or via Bizum.

Bicycles can be transported free of charge on regular public services. Only one bicycle is accepted per user. It must be in a good state of cleanliness. For this reason, it is recommended that they go packed and must go to the bus hold, except in the case of folding bicycles. These can be transported outside, as long as it is a vehicle that accepts standing passengers and that the dimensions of the bicycle once folded do not exceed those provided for hand luggage (100 x 60 x 25 cm).

The maximum number of bicycles that the bus can carry is 5 units in the hold and 2 in the spaces reserved for standing passengers, without ever occupying the spaces for people with reduced mobility. Each vehicle, however, is conditioned by the available space. The company that owns the service can limit access, after assessing its security or conservation, among others.

The passenger who carries a bicycle on board is responsible for the damage it may cause to other users, luggage and the vehicle itself.

Scooters can be transported free of charge on regular public services. Only one scooter is accepted per user. It must be in good clean condition.

Scooters must go into the luggage area of the bus, except in the case of foldable electric scooters. These can be transported outside the luggage area, provided that the vehicle permits standing passengers and the size of the electric scooters when folded does not exceed the permitted hand luggage size (100 x 60 x 25 cm). The service providing company may limit access after evaluating safety or other factors.

It is not allowed to access the buses with a scooter or electric unicycle (even if it is folded). Failure to comply with this measure may result in the imposition of penalties of €200.

If you buy a single ticket on the bus, you can only pay for it in cash, and the highest banknote you can use to pay is a €20 note (the driver cannot give you change if you pay with a higher note). Payment by credit, debit or prepaid cards, or any method other than cash, is not currently allowed.

No, because it is an integrated ticket and only permits one journey.

Advance purchase of the regular line ticket does not guarantee a place at the chosen departure. Regular lines run back and forth, meaning that the passenger can catch the bus at any time, regardless of the time indicated at the time of purchase.

You can request it online or download it, print it off, fill it in and deliver it to the locations indicated by ATM. More information here.

If you are under 25 years of age, you can use the T-Jove, which allows you to carry out an unlimited number of trips for 90 consecutive days from the first validation.

If you are a single parent or large family, or you are unemployed you have specific integrated tickets with discounts.

The driver will notify the transport centre and quickly organize the replacement of the bus with an other vehicle so that the route or journey can be completed.

However, please note that all of our timetables are conditioned by traffic flow.

On our website and the app (available on iOS and Android) you can find route maps including all stops and timetables. You just have to search for your route and it will appear. We also provide pocket timetables which you can carry with you, so that you can always check your bus timetable including all of the stops it passes through.

Bus stop poles include information on stops and corresponding passing times.

Ask the driver to carry out suitable checks. If the card continues to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement which will function exactly the same as the one you purchased.

Tickets damaged by users won't be exchanged or returned.

Go to the home page and search for your route by entering the origin and destination. The bus you want to take will appear along with its corresponding timetables and stops.

Yes, you can get on the vehicle with a baby stroller. If you cannot get on the vehicle with the buggy open, you will need to fold it away and carry the child in your arms. If the buggy cannot be folded away, you will need to put it in the space intended for wheelchairs provided that this space is available, and activate the brakes.

If the bus does not have a specific space for wheelchairs or that space is already occupied, the buggy must be folded away (please remember that, for safety reasons, the aisles of the bus cannot be obstructed). The best place for storing buggies is in the luggage compartment if the vehicle has one. Nonetheless, folded buggies will be allowed on board provided that they do not represent a hazard for other users; i.e. the buggies have no sharp, piercing or dangerous elements.
